"The room was nice and clean. The staff were helpful and nice at the front desk. I rated a 4 bc there is no accessibility. The cart for luggage can’t get down the stairs to the loading area. Valet was clear that they don’t help with baggage. The actual doors are really small and the 360 push door doesn’t work well for a big suitcase. We struggled a lot. So far this has been the only hotel that was such a hassle to get in and out of. Breakfast was good and the hotel looks amazing!"

"Clean room, beautiful view, nice breakfast buffet. Only (minor) complaint was the toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom was broken. But other than that, it was great and we will definitely stay here again when we are in town!"

"My 4 y/o son loved the hotel pool. The location was nice as it was close to many attractions and a short walk to Whole Foods. Chief complaint: Car/motorcycle noise was bad. I’m a good sleeper, but the revving sounds kept me up."
