"Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve had. We were initially given a room that was already occupied, walking in on strangers at 1am felt incredibly unsafe, especially as a group of women. Staff showed little urgency or concern.
What followed was a series of poor “solutions” and ongoing issues: an upgrade that didn’t accommodate our group, lack of basic amenities (they claimed to have no pillows), repeated calls just to receive towels, and advertised bar offerings that weren’t even available but advertised all across the hotel.
The most alarming moment came when a glass shelf fell off the wall overnight, thankfully no one was hurt, but it could have been dangerous.
Between the disorganized service, lack of accountability, and overall experience, this felt far below standard. I would not stay here again or recommend it."
