There was a person next to me or above me drumming at 11:30-midnight and 6;30am. I called the front desk a couple of times but it continued for 2 nights.

Rooms were not cleaned properly. Human and dog hair on the sheets. The sofa bed had dog urine on it. One room had signs of bedbugs.

The (2) weeks I spent there I had to request towel service (8) Times and then when I would go to the front desk and get towels. The (2) times my room was freshened up ( I say freshened up because it was never cleaned) the cleaning person would take the towels I received from the front desk and leave fewer towels! My bedding including pillow cases were never changed the whole (2) weeks I was there ( I know this because I placed a small sticker in one of the pillow cases and it was still there on the day I checked out)! Absolutely horrid!!! I will tell my entire company not to stay at this hotel and my company trains frequently at the Canon facility 5 miles away on a consistent basis. I will be up there (2) more times this year for training and I will NEVER stay here again!!!! Ps. I almost forgot, The ice machine on the 4th floor had mold in it! How Disgusting!

Hard to beat for the money. The staff was superb, friendly and efficient. The room was comfy and provided all that was needed. For a freebie breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised. Not fancy but comfy.

Checked in and sat on the couch to figure out dinner, within 5 minutes we saw a large coach roach walking down the wall. They changed our room but gave nothing else but a sorry. Both rooms carpets looked dirty and poorly vacuumed. Stay somewhere else.

Walls are thin and we were roomed next to several families with children. It felt as though they were in the room with us. I had to raise the TV volume a lot to cover it out. It was loud until around 11pm. Not terrible, but we had an early morning and needed sleep. Other than that, great. Pool was clean, decent free breakfast options, clean rooms.

I chose the property for its location. I was disappointed that there were not dining options outside of the breakfast. Fortunately the staff were accomodating and extraordinary. Latrina who was handling the bar was an absolute star! Her personality made the quiet lobby a party in no time! The bed and bedding were very good and appreciated. The bathroom was strangely lacking in places for hanging towels but otherwise, my stay was most agreeable.

I personally enjoyed the location. Everything was within the hotel, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. It was also nice they had a sauna. The room could have been cleaner. And the room was a little run down.

Thought the place was great. Tons of room. It was 3 of us and with the pullout couch it was absolutely perfect. It was also great having a little kitchen complete with a full size fridge, sink, microwave and oven. I will say though I was a bit disappointed that the microwave didn’t work. Another downfall was the hot tub looked like it need the filter changed. Decent breakfast spread and there’s a lot of shopping and restaurants in the area. Would def recommend anyone stay here. It wasn’t perfect but for the price point it would be hard to beat.

Pay attention to details when cleaning rooms.
They need to pay more attention to details. Box of food (donuts) was left from previous person open on top of refrigerator with half eaten food in it. I reported it to the front desk and they said it must have been an oversight and brushed it off like it was no big deal....ughhh...sorry wrong answer.
