A bit noisy at night but with the prime location, we think it is acceptable given the good quality of bedding and hotel services. We are fortunate to see mount Fuji from our guest room which make our last day of trip memorable ! Overall we enjoyed a lot !

The property is centrally located near restaurants, convenient stores, bus and train stations, cruise ship terminal, China town and other attractions. The property is very clean. All the front counter staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had all the modern amenities. Checking in and checking out of the property was very easy. The only negative issue is the property didn't have a shuttle service to the airport.

The property itself is beautiful and super clean- Smells amazing as soon as you walk in. The staff is super friendly and helpful although while staying there we ventured out on our own, the few questions we did have the staff were very helpful(most speak English pretty well). Also I don’t want to leave out the housekeeping staff as they did an amazing job!! I don’t have a single complaint about this hotel All the small bath utilities in the room- that are included are super convenient as well! Thank you!
