Staff were nice, room was clean and fine We've stayed at the Hyatt Regency before and loved it. This time we upgraded to a corner room, and somehow it was worse than the standard room - we were on the 8th floor with loud and consistent road noise (hotel is across the road from a fire station on our side), and the room was much smaller this time.

Lovely hotel! Rooms were great! Super friendly staff! Great breakfast with lots of variety!! Comfy pajamas! Only thing I’d recommend is providing enough amenities in room for the guests (we were 4 and only had 2 bottles of water, 2 pjs, 2 toothbrushes etc.) called and got the items brought up no problem! Appreciated the thoughtful birthday gift!!! Highly recommend staying here when in yokohoma as it’s well located and super close to everything!!

Pre-cruise Yokohama

Friendly reception team, spotless room, great buffet breakfast. Close to the cruise terminal and to China Town. Walked to the Hikara Maru, worth a visit. The perfect pre-cruise hotel.

Amazing hotel

We had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel was beautiful. We had an end room with a king bed and the room was beautiful, roomy and spotless. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
