The property was very clean and very well lit. I loved the older look of the hotel and it was still very clean. The staff was very friendly & answered all the questions my family had. Thank you.

The service was great, the room was nice and clean, and the location was good for exploring the north part of the Mile. Only downside is that the breakfast buffet is not included and is very overpriced for a hotel breakfast.

Wonderful location close to everything including the Lake Trail, restaurants, bars, and even a convenience store right across the street. Clean, spacious rooms and the pool and fitness center were a AMAZING bonus. Great place to stay!

This was probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The valet service and bell staff were literally the best I could’ve asked for. Seriously a great spot.

Had an amazing stay, spacious room, friendly staff, convenient location to Michigan Ave and public transportation. Carpet is a bit old but it’s clean and well maintained overall

The windows are terrifying. They look like they easily pop out with no safety features. My 2 year old could easily open them on the 29th floor and look like she could jump to her death. Windows needs safety bars or a solid panel.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, the staff was very friendly, the room was amazing & well kept & stocked, the area was amazing, close to everything. I love to swim & always look forward to & nice & clean pool & there was no disappointment there either. Definitely will stay here again!!!!!!

This hotel was obviously built in the 90s or older, and very poor maintenance over the last 20 years. Carpet disgusting, a lot of electrical outlets didn’t work, sofa and chairs stained and gross, overall never felt we were in a clean environment. Maid staff, desk staff and valet staff were exceptional, but when we discussed our concerns you could tell they knew what we were going through.

We asked for a taxi and one of the young men assisting outside ran around the corner as all the taxis near our hotel were spoken for. Property and room was well maintained and very clean.
