2/10 Terrible

"Horrible. We switched hotels after the 1st night. The room had a musky/moldy smell. We got a 1 bedroom room and we were travelling with our kids and reserved the room for 4 people. When we got to the hotel that night there were no sheets on the pull out bed, no sheets or pillows or blankets for it in the room. When we called down they said they would send someone up. They came, dropped the pillows and sheets on the couch and left. The shower has NO water pressure. The bath tub had hair in it (no ours). The shower head was filthy. The in room hair dryer was partially melted and dirty (like sticky). The curtains on the windows were broken so they wouldn't close all the way. Overall the hotel was dark and dingy. Never again."

"Well its a cool location but its really run down. The room was dirty, the bathroom had hair all over, like all over. The room was run down…as in doors didnt close and the main door didnt lock. The trim was falling off and rotting, literally. It was a huge bummer honestly"

Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites

8/10 Good

"Staff is super friendly & helpful. I came with my sister & her husband. Nice view of the lake between the buildings. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. The door from the bathroom to the bedroom wouldn't shut all the way and was very tough to open & close. No sound barrier between the bathroom and the bedroom & main area--you could hear everything, as if the doors were open. The bathroom sink dripped continuously. There was rust on the bathroom door hinges which leaked toward the shower. Fitness facility is very nice with lots of options for cardio and strength-training. The lobby has a wonderful spa-like scent."
