The sheets werent clean ,we had no microwave or refrigerator the room was extra small and amid to the covers we only had 2 sheets and some thin blanket as a cover and the walls are so thin you could hear everything outside.I will never stay at that facility ever!!!

Overall! I had a nice stay. I took the suite because it had a microwave and a fridge. It is close to Michigan avenue and at a walking distance of many museums. I only stayed one night but I would definitely come back if I ever come back to Chicago

The location was great but for the price I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels in the exact same area. The rooms were divided by paper walls, the toilet didn’t flush, the climate control didn’t work, there were no blankets on the beds, and the room was the size of a closet. Not at ALL worth the price.

Outlets in the room were hard to find and some didn't work. tv remote not very responsive. worst mattresses I've ever seen in a hotel room, both our queen beds had huge craters in the middle.

The Expedia advertisement lied. You mentioned laundry facilities and there are none.

We found a cockroach in our bathroom Saturday and the front desk did not believe us since it scurried into the vent in the bathroom. They even insinuated that we placed it there stating, "We will move you, but if another cockroach appears in the next room we can't help you". They asked for a picture of it which we could not get because it was alive and moving! They ended up moving us to a different room which we appreciated, but that same night we got a call from the room phone from someone claiming to be the front desk. They called at 4:55 a.m. asking for a card to have on file for the property. It was very scary and I have heard about these scams on Reddit. We immediately informed the front desk that it happened and it was likely a patron staying in another room that was calling others to try to get their card information. I was worried the entire night because they claimed they would slip a paper of the transaction underneath our door. Them knowing our room number was very scary for us and they should remove being able to call between rooms.

The window was not properly sealed I guess... I can hear the train and the next door's noise so well, as if they are right next to me.

Fairly good hotel for the price on the magnificent mile downtown Chicago. Only thing I didn't like and didn't understand is why the shades are way shorter than the window, room gets very bright early morning, looks like someone doesn't know how to use a tape measure lol.

The room was small but clean & comfortable. Check-in was smooth and staff person was helpful. There's some noise from the nearby commuter train, but I sleep with earplugs in anyways. Great value given the super convenient location right in town. Would definitely stay here again.

If I could post the pictures I would! Literal poop! On the bed! Found that out at 1 am when I was getting into bed. Mind you we had already switched the bedroom due to no working outlets and stains in the room prior. This room has stains, poop! , pubic hair in the tube, disgusting floor and dirty walls. .So disappointing but we got in late and had a flight at 7 am so couldn’t keep complaining. I’m sickened and would like a refund.

Economical Chicago downtown stay. Hotel does not have parking but we purchased a weekend passed at Millenium garage. Hotel is an old building so don’t expect new built spa bathrooms or rooms. Priced reasonably. Hotel is right by the rail tracks so it is noisy at night. Location however is great, within walk distance of grant park and all downtown. Overall if you are looking for a place to crash the night downtown Chicago for an economical price this is a good option.

Our tv wasn’t really working and had to get maintenance to help. We had a phone in our room but it didn’t work, the cables were cut off. The bed was not very comfortable and made a lot of noise. It was very convenient to get to our destinations walking.

Overall it was a good experience. However the hotel room did not have heating and it was 30 ish degrees at night time so we were very cold. It was very close to the red line transit which was convenient. It was loud at night and we were there during the marathon so roads and streets were blocked on Sunday so that inconvenient but not the hotels fault. Overall I would stay again for the price.

We decided to stay here to explore Chicago for the weekend and would say this was a prime location to do all of the touristy attractions. However, we were told in the reservation that we would have a mini fridge and microwave included and we did not. We also had black mold in our hotel room and will not be staying here again.
