Desde un principio Casa Andina Chiclayo mostro una comunicacion muy buena con nosotros, cuando pedimos un Early Check-in nos lo dieron de inmediato, claro pagando el fee, pero en otros lados ni pagando nos lo han dado. La habitacion muy comoda, la cama super buena, el baño limpio, muy acogedor el room. Todos muy atentos y serviciales. Pensamos volver el proximo año si Dios nos lo permite, en este viaje visitamos Casa Andina Chiclayo y Casa Andina Piura. Pero...lo que no nos gusto y se que no es culpa del hotel...fue la bulla creada por los partidos politicos postulantes a la region y alcaldia, justo ese dia que llegamos al hotel era el debate en las instalaciones de Casa Andina, lo bueno es que se fueron y pudiemos dormir placidamente.

Security on premises
Very good experience. However, hotel needs to provide better security on premises, a hotel guest (girl) was mugged in front 9f hotel - muggers took her cell phones money and credit cards. Don't know where hotel security was. Hotel did not call the police right away either.

We rented two rooms at this property and in one room the air conditioner was forcefully set at 27 degrees and would not go lower. In our other room we also could not set the temperature but it would go down to 21 degrees and we would have to manually shut it off completely and then back on again when we got too either too cold or too hot. They also weren't serving alcohol in the restaurants saying it is some ordinance because of COVID but the liquor store around the corner was open and the law they are talking about was just for New Years Eve and New Years Day and only prohibited alcohol sales at public beaches or public pools -- not nationwide everywhere and not on the 2nd of January the date of our stay. You had to go out of the hotel just to get a drink. They charged us 10 soles for providing a small bucket of ice. They tried to charge the bottle of water I had already bought at the restaurant with my meal to my room. They came chasing after us to pay for the restaurant meal we had charged to our room when we were already in our pajamas saying we did not pay for the rooms with a credit card so we had no tab. But I did pay with a credit card for both rooms when we checked in. They treat their guests like we are all thieves and children and nickel and dime you for everything. Not a pleasant or relaxing stay at all.

Had money stolen from the room.. didn’t use the safe which was my fault.. reported to manager who didn’t even inform police.. i have informed Expedia.. avoid this hotel at all costs.. also everytime I tried to accessed the room the card wouldn’t work so had to go back to reception.. nobody speaks English either.. I will never stay in this or any hotel accociated with it again..

I stayed here 4 times in the last 12 days and I feel like home. I was allowed to check in earlier without any fee. Staff is very friendly and nice. I left my laptop in the room and the hotel contacted me right away to let me know they found it. Love their professionalism!! Definitely I will come back again! Thanks for a great stay!
