"Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The attached spa and outdoor bar/pool were great. Unfortunately the soundproofing in our room wasn't very good. Noise from the road, nextdoor room, and surrounding properties was very loud. The road is not suitable for walking into Massa or Sorrento safely and so you will need to take the bus or drive. "

"Staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful. Pool area and terrace are beautiful. Location is quiet and away from the hustle & bustle of the vibrant and somewhat crowded city. Yet it is an easy 10 minute walk to the center of town. Breakfast in the mornings was very good with lots of choices including a hot grill area for cooked to order omelets and eggs. Breakfast area during our stay was in an open air area terrace with a spectacular view of Sorrento and the Mediterranean. However, If you sit close to the railing, don’t leave your table unattended as we witnessed pigeons swooping in and taking food off plates on tables that were in attended. Based on other hotels in the area I believe we found a great value and would highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sorrento."

"I am so happy I found this gem just minutes from Sorrento. They have a shuttle that drops and PU to the center whenever you want. The staff is excellent and very friendly. The property is gorgeous and the rooms have an amazing view of mount Vesuvius. There is a village within 5 minutes walking distance. They have shops and great restaurants. We loved the tranquility around the hotel. It really felt like being in Italy. "

"An oasis by the sea. Sara was particularly helpful with navigating routes to our desired destinations. They’re tour packages to Capri, Positano and Amalfi were very affordable in comparison to booking on my own."

"The hotel is stunning and very well maintained. A few moans I only booked the hotel at this time of year for the indoor pool to find it has been closed for ages this should have been clear on Hotels . Com website. We stayed 3 nights and they requested 50 euro a night deposit against anything we purchased. On leaving I was asked if the same card could be used for the local tax which I said yes expecting for the sun to be reduced from my deposit and the balance return to my account. But not they charged the local tax when I asked for the 150 euro return I was told we would complete this return in about 5 days. This for me is taking the “P” as this should have been processed immediately just like we did the other way on arrival. Not impressed with the policy which clearly means on such large sums held of all customers interest is being earns from our money."
