We travelled as a couple through a lot of Italy and found Luigi and his team to be exceptionally responsive, helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable with the spotless amenities and service beyond what we actually paid for. Also quite helpful local recommendations for shopping and activities. Highly recommended :)

What a fantastic little hole in the wall off of the beaten path in the middle of town. Super cute boutique hotel with friendly, accommodating staff. The breakfast in the morning was superb. Perfect boutique style hotel in the middle of everything. The fact that is family owned makes it even more special. The breakfast buffet was great and the room had all the amenities, plus a balcony. Luigi was great and made sure you’re not missing anything. I definitely recommend this hotel.

If I could give this property 10 stars I would, the host was fantastic, he met us in the street and walked our luggage to the flats, he was so helpful and friendly, gave us restaurant recommendations and was available for any questions we had. After getting scammed at another hotel, the rental company helped us book last minute at Sorrento Flats and I am so grateful they did! Luigi truly made our stay fantastic. The stay at Sorrento Flats could not be better! We stayed for 5 nights, and mostly used to hotel for sleeping, showers and storing of luggage. The hotel is located at the perfect place in the city, with short distances to everything you could want to explore while in Sorrento. Luigi was also really helpful with recommending everything from places to eat, the best beach club, and airport transport to/from. Really recommend staying here!

Great stay all around and a fantastic host in Luigi. Place was clean, very easy to get to from the train station, and perfectly situated only one block from the main square and 10 mins from the port. Rooms look recently redone with a modern bathroom and an AC unit that doesn’t quit. We even got a few discounts at local stores due to their relationship with the owner. Thanks for having us Luigi it was a killer trip!
