"Hotel staff did a great job helping us with the off site parking, though it does cost $15 one way and $20 on Sunday. That seemed a bit steep for a 5 minute taxi ride. Samir was very helpful with our luggage and also with recommendations. Room was very quiet and comfortable."

However, guests should know that because the hotel is literally incorporated into the caves, it can be physically demanding climbing all the stone stairs.
