10/10 Excellent
"Warm, friendly staff at check-in and at the doors - made me feel very welcome. The room itself was spotless with the most amazing shower. Very comfortable beds too. The hotel's location is excellent too - opposite Milan Centrale station."
"Overall a very good stay. Staff friendly, property was clean and beautiful. Rooftop pool area fantastic. My only issue were that the bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were accessible for anyone to open so we did not use them."
"The staff were very friendly and helpful offering suggestions for restaurants to visit locally and help with travel plans. Breakfast offered excellent choices with additional options prepared freshly such as omelettes, pancakes and salmon and avocado. The free afternoon and evening buffets which included wine and soft/hot drinks were a real bonus as were a plentiful supply of cakes for those with a sweet tooth! I’d 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan."
"Great hotel with excelent location and great staff. The room was also incredible, very well maintained and confortable. Fromt desk staff was very helpfull and again location is superb."
"Location only minutes to Milano Centralle that’s very good for going to take day trips outside Milan.
Staff we met were friendly, courteous & helpful. We’re thankful to Eduardo, Jeff, Roberto ( Brazilan guy at reception desk ) and the Filipino staff member at reception desk. They made us feel welcome and were helpful to us during our stay.
Also there’s very good selection of food at breakfast.
Thank you."
