Spacious clean rooms in convenient location. Checking in via the website was easy. The air conditioning was not functioning well but fixed the next day after contacting the support team via WhatsApp. The only gripe is on the water pressure of the shower but that’s the way it is in most of Europe.

Everything was good - room was super clean and well furnished. The only minor annoyance was that during our 1 night stay, we received a notification that weekly water heating inspection would happen a couple of hours before our check out, which was highly inconvenient as we were repacking our stuff (from 2 weeks of travelling) and getting our kids ready. We contacted the number provided to make arrangements to have the inspection after our check out, but we only got a chatbot which gave unresponsive answers.

The area is conveniently located by Milano Centrale, the main train station which makes an easy access going in and out of the city/airport. It is a bit far from the Doumo but only 3 metro station away. Overall we liked our stay.

Lovely apartment hotel

Awesome, easy, great accommodations near Centrale station. This had everything we needed for our family. One room had a king bed the other two twins— which was perfect for the kids. It was clean and quiet and very easy to find and access. We loved the natural light and bug windows.
