"This hotel felt old-fashioned but the amenities were excellent. Big room,clean with everything you need and more, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff and located downtown Ottawa, walking distance to restaurants and shops. We will come back."

" Clean room complete with frig and microwave. The bathroom was stocked with Dove products, body wash, Shampoo ,,conditioner, hand soap and body lotion."

"The fridge did not work but was quickly Replaced by staff. We got stuck in the elevator for about 5 minutes while Heading to breakfast. We were also awakened at 130am by the fire alarm as a guest had been smoking inside. We had to evacuate for about 20-30 Minutes while the fire department inspected. Other than that though, it was a nice stay."
