"This is my fourth stay at Hyatt Place. The hotel is in a great location in DC. The hotel is within walking distance of the Convention Center, the Metro and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean with good amenities. One of the reasons I keep returning is the staff, especially Guillermo. The staff provides great customer service. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The friendly staff made us feel at home; the room was comfortable and nicely decorated with bright warm colors and very clean with a good refrigerator; we had some trouble with the thermostat keeping the room cool but not cold (but we were not in the room long enough to ask for help with it). It would help to have more surfaces in the bathroom for toiletries. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!"

"The staff was amazing!! The manager is top notch!! He accommodated us for the Marine Corp Marathon with the metro being closed for hours…. Can’t say enough about this hotel and staff. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel while visiting DC!! "

"Absolutely perfect location! We was able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The whisky bar downstairs has an incredible vibe and the rooftop bar is clutch for great views and watching the sun set! Would 100% stay again. "

"Overall the hotel was decent. Really the only negative thing I would say is that we got there at 245pm and we couldn’t check in early. It wasn’t mentioned that the room was still being cleaned, I was just told they don’t accept early check in, and at 4pm I could check in. This was after a long flight and keeping busy until check in time. We ended up sleeping in the car until 345pm & the next person at the counter let us check in. I’m not a breakfast person so eggs and turkey sausage were fine with cereal, toast, muffins to pick from. I’m just happy for coffee. Overall still a good place to stay. "
