We were without hot water for about 24 hours but they did finally get it fixed. The pool and gym looked clean and well maintained but we didn’t use them. The laundry room was small and always in use. The maid took our towels and trash one day, but hadn’t restocked by 3:30 pm, which was inconvenient."

"Great staff and very clean room. However we were given a room with a sink and bathtub that would not drain. The shower had a large crack in it as well. As much as we paid for our one night (which was a bit ridiculous in price but only decent hotel available), the sink and bathtub should have worked properly. The staff being so friendly and attentive is the only reason it was 3 stars and not lower. "

"The room that I was issued was TERRIBLE - the bathroom was so terribly dirty I was concerned about using it - the toilet had a crusty ring at the water line - this was not due to age it was due to lack of cleaning - my room was actually missing the second bed, but did have two headboards - if I would have been with my spouse we would have moved on and left our payment behind - the room actually gave me a terrible feeling with a missing bed and lack of maintenance and a closed musty smell. Never ever again…."
