"This hotel was just right for our mid way point on our way to Colorado. It was clean and safe. They also allow dogs, which was a must for us. We stay here every summer and I recommend this hotel."
"This motel is what it is - but severly overpriced for the value. There is a data center being build not far away so the property is swamped with workers doing overnights - which isn't a problem. But to pay $250/night for this level of motel doesn't seem right, even if it is one of the only motels that had availability."
"The traffic noise was loud, but what was worse was the beds shook every time trucks/traffic drove by all night. AC stopped working at 1am, and I couldn't open a window. Worst night ever."
"Our room really needs some tlc and deep down cleaning. The sink was slow to drain, the ac control needed new batteries. The street noise was all night with traffic. It's the main road thru town for truckers. Breakfast was surprisingly good."
"When we arrived to our room, it was incredibly dirty. This place does not value cleanliness. We let the front desk know and they immediately gave us a different room. We appreciated that. The second room was better, but not great. The floors where obviously not mopped in either room. The bathrooms were not great, the walls disgusting, looks like they never wash walls. Mirrors had water spots. Dust and dirt everywhere. They do not wipe flat surfaces at all in-between guest. My daughter wanted to swim, so reluctantly we took her to swim. The door was malfunctioning to pool room, we went to front desk to ask. While at the front desk we overheard a conversation about us and our check in and getting a new room because firat room was dirty. The male on the speakerphone said "they are probably lying". That comment was incredibly unprofessional. Is that how they treat their guests? I was completely turned off. At this time, we already decided to stay and my daughter was excited to swim or we would of left. This experience was terrible and I would not recommend this hotel nor will we be back. I could go on but that is basically sums it up. Unprofessional staff and they do not whatsoever value cleanliness in the room, overall hotel and pool area."
