"The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The lobby and hallways were clean but the outside was a little trashy. The location was excellent with a lot of conveniences around. We felt safe parking and walking in and out. The desk clerk was super helpful and friendly!! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Comfortable room, well located with a great restaurant in the parking lot for a late dinner. The staff were the real stars here -- there was a faulty smoke detector in my room that kept chirping despite having a battery change when I first arrived and the overnight desk manager came right up at 5 a.m. to fix it for me! Wonderful people, so incredibly friendly and helpful. Would stay again. "

"This hotel is adequate at best though it is very 'tired' and needs a face-lift. The towel rack fell off the bathroom wall. There was no shower soap and only 1 tiny soap on the bathroom counter, also no body lotion. I had to go to several floors to find an ice machine that actually worked. The pictures on the wall were all askew but couldn't be straightened because they were permanently affixed to the wall. Our room didn't have a frig or a microwave. The one positive is that the king-sized bed was very clean and very comfortable and the large TV was a plus. "
"The rooms were definitely not very clean at all. They look like they had been renovated but not kept up. We originally book a king suite(2 room suite) and were told they only have one of them and it was "out of order" due to a water leak. They didn't tell us this until they had already checked us into a room they knew was incorrect and I asked about the mix up. Anyhow, we worked out that issue and I was fine with staying in the current room and they were accommodating and gave us one night of our two free. It wasn't a horrible stay but the rooms were quite dirty and we had absolutely no towel bar or anywhere to hang wet towels after showering. There was dried CHUNKS of food on the couch and spots on the sheets. They was quite a bit of dirt around the toilet and the couch also. The breakfast was lack luster. Waffles, some fruit, oatmeal and sausage that looked a few days old. Also VERY watered down juice.
Overall it wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed and the staff was friendly. "
"Staff only had limited access so I had to spend 3 hours proving to Expedia that I paid twice because the peron working the front dest couldnt put a refund on my bank card. The breakfast sandwich and coffee were good but they only had ketchup for a breakfast sandwich???"
"The only problem with this hotel is noisy toilets. You can hear every toilet flushing, which is annoying. The other negative is very expensive parking. Otherwise great."
"Last time we stayed here, I booked a suite. I should have again. Instead, I booked a double queen and although the room was nice enough, they put my daughter and I on the 4th floor with a bunch of families surrounding us. All I heard was kids and mom yelling and babies crying late into the night and early in the morning. A few other minor things, our toilet clogged, our mini fridge didn’t keep anything cold or even cool, and the hot tub was temporarily down. They did offer a voucher upon checkout when I mentioned the fridge so that was nice. Next time I’ll ask for a quieter part of the hotel."
"The staff were all very welcoming and pleasant! However, the room lacked darkening curtains, which meant that the parking lot lights made the room incredibly bright all night and, thus, made it difficult to sleep."
