"We were booked into the heritage house which is another way of saying “old and outdated”, the walls were paper thin, the lighting from the hallway blasts around and under the doorframe so the room was illuminated all night, there were people smoking in their suite next to us. The thermal pools were nice but not worth the price of $400 for the crappy room with a double bed. "

"Fridge was not plugged in, hotel extremely run down and filthy. The complete second floor was under demo with glue fumes, dust, old furniture hanging around the hallways. Elevator scary. Bathroom dirty, scum and rust all over tub and faucets. Carpets disgusting with stains . Curtains that don't fit and stained. Outlets don't work and the ones that did were sloppy and hard to keep anything charging."

"Staff was very friendly and efficient. Nice room with good beds. There was a hair in the bathrub but looked otherwise clean. We used the pool as well. The pool was nice and clean. "
