Front line staff was very nice. Parking was very limited and the place next door had homeless people. Breakfast was ok but not very good. Pancakes were nasty, eggs were cold, coffee was excellent though.

I was driving west to Vancouver in a tractor trailer. The hotel is conveniently located next to the highway. Parking is available for large vehicles approximately 100 m from the hotel and is monitored by the Elements Casino security. As I was informed by the friendly and helpful front Desk person (Rose). I had a great meal at the Casino and even tried my luck a-bit. Still broke but maybe next time, lol. My experience was so positive that I rebooked a room on my trip back to Alberta. Thank you all once more.

Nice spacious clean room, happy to be on the top floor. Noise from ventilation system continued all night long. Some airport and highway noise as well. Parking felt unsafe. Outdoor parking for hotel was full, so we were told to park at adjacent gas station.
