"The location and the view were both awesome. Parking was somewhat congested, but otherwise fine. I am sure this is not a common occurrence but there was a woman in the room next to us beating on her door at 3am trying to wake up her roommate. This was a not so welcome end to a pleasant trip."

"We had a great stay. We loved the activities they had around the resort. It is a little dated and needs some TLC but it was for sure not a deal breaker. I do wish the indoor pool had been heated. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the strip. The walk back was a little longer having to go uphill. There is a great little pancake restaurant across from resort. We would definitely stay again and recommend."

"I chose this hotel mainly due to the fact that I wanted a room with a balcony that I could look at the Smoky Mountains. As for location and parking, it excels in that it’s close to the Parkway and the parking is convenient to the lobby, so check in and check out was easy, peasy. The staff was super nice and accommodating as well. I’d definitely choose to stay here again when I’m in the area."
