The room was clean when we arrived. We were given a sheet with instructions/tips but it wasn’t very clear. We had a misunderstanding with trying to get housekeeping to come. We realized that putting out the door sign that said “maid service needed” was treated as a DND sign. The breakfast seemed to dwindle as the week went on. The hotel is in a great location and in walking distance to many great things and check in/out was easy. Overall, we had a good time.

The room was very clean staff was very nice the only complaint that I would have is room was on the second floor all the way to one end and the bathroom stayed freezing the entire time it was so cold and the door was very hard to operate had trouble getting in.
