The rooms on the 9th floor had a strong odor and it was not very pleasant. Maybe rooms facing the ocean side will be better. Our rooms faced the street side across from Busan bakery.
Otherwise, the hotel is in a very good central location and we liked being close to the beach and surrounding Haeundae area.

None of the traditional amenities are available without paying a daily per person fee. This is a property rental, not a hotel.
Everything was clean and comfortable but we were disappointed in what was available to us with the booking. Expedia did not help either

Room was mostly clean, garbage in the bathroom wasn’t empty and there was some little garbage on the balcony but otherwise clean and nice room. The food was expensive but tasty. The staff were kind and lovely to deal with

"The penthouse was a beautiful place to stay.💜 It was clean, modern, spacious and easily accommodated my family of 5.
