"I would not recommend this hotel. The room was dirty upon arrival and was never cleaned during our entire stay — no cleaning services were provided at all. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and despite asking twice at reception for proper towels, we were only given small face towels. The staff claimed they don’t have body towels, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Overall, poor cleanliness, no basic amenities, no room cleaning, and unhelpful service — a terrible experience in Milan."

"The communication was much appreciated to help me navigate in this area. The videos were extremely helpful and quick responses to questions. "Check-in process was very difficult and not clear. Luckily there was a helpful cleaner on-site who was able to help us. The apartment was dirty, even had a packet of half eaten Oreos in the bedroom cupboard and lots of hair in the shower drain, meaning it didn’t drain. We had to remove it ourselves. Not enough toilet paper for the four days stay, and we had to buy our own. Despite asking for the sofa bed to be made up, we had to wait over 5hours for sheets to be delivered. Would not recommend. "
