"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

"Pretty clean, nice walk to town centre and transit. Parking a bit tight by North American standards. Lift available. Beds comfy and the owners/property managers as well as the cleaner were all wonderful. "

"These apartments were definitely an excellent choice. The apartments are beautifully kept and well cleaned. The area provided access to all types of food and groceries. However, the Tesco Extra is a personal favorite and its close walking distance was the best. These apartment were also very close to the city’s main shopping areas. We loved the safety and security provided on and in the properties. We have already decided that we would definitely choose this property or one of their (Kennet)...

"Host was difficult to reach. We never received check in information. We had to call the property owner twice and Travel Nest three times over several hours to get the information. Listing also says the house house has a washer and dryer, but there is no dryer. "

"It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. The room I was staying in looked tired and requires an upgrade but before leaving Donna was kind enough to show me other rooms including the 3 rooms in the Manor House. I liked the executive suites and that will be my choice at my next visit. All the staff were professional and pulled out all the stops to make my stay comfortable. Dr JJN Masani"

"Nice hotel, comfortable room. Looking a bit dated and tatty in some areas though. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I did have an issue with someone opening my door in the late evening. Turned out reception had given him the wrong room. He must have heard the TV as he opened the door though as he didn't actually enter the room."
