The check in process was a little drawn out - especially as we arrived late evening with a baby, would’ve appreciated just being told what our room number was

New building is very nice. Small rooms but efficient and nice stay. Quality gym with machines, free weights and punching bags. Breakfast was delicious with traditional English, continental and other selections. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Another good stay at the Moxy Slough.

Another good stay at the Moxy. Its proximity to Slough train station is brilliant for heading into London or over to Windsor. It was quiet and comfortable, although the AC is centrally controlled so despite trying to make the room cooler (as it was warm out) it didn’t work so wasn’t as cool in the room for my personal preference however, it did not disturb my sleep or my stay.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, cleanliness was more important to the staff at the bar and restaurant scratched to the front desk. Normally I wouldn’t review the hotel based on the restaurant. However, the front desk was attached to the restaurant counter. We sat in the restaurant area for over 30 minutes as employees moved past us and gave us no attention. Eventually we found someone at the front desk who told us to order through the QR code. That night we ordered drinks at the bar and sat down. After 30 minutes we returned and realized you have to stand in front the employees in order to be served at that time. The next night we ordered food. We were given a buzzer and told it would be an hour. After two hours we finally received our food.

Stayed at the Moxy Hotel previously and it was just has great as before, lovely helpful staff, comfortable rooms, bar lounge area well thought out, lovely breakfast, really deserves the 5 stars ⭐️ will be visiting again.

Absolutely amazing hotel, i travel to england a lot for my boyfriend, he lives in Slough and this Hotel is in the middle of everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very spacious and clean and comfortable beds. Would definitely like to book here again for my next trip!

Amazing Hotel

Fantastic hotel! So modern and comfortable! 1000% recommend for anyone that wants a nice stay. Very convenient to get into London also as the train is a 5 minute walk away! Can’t wait to stay again!

This hotel might give your room to someone else

They had no room for me. I tried to ring 5 times during the day as a late check in and they never answered. No room available at midnight despite pre paying. Several other people in the same situation. No alternatives available. Had to get a £30 quid taxi to stay with a friend.
