"The hotel staff are super friendly and professional. The hotel is overall clean and maintained, but a hit outdated. The carpets in the room (and lobby) should be replaced with a modern floor. We came with an infant and they didn't provide an extra body towel unless we asked. The breakfast is amazing, very tasty and good for both western and locals."

"The staff were very helpful and attentive on check-in. Lots of restaurants and bars available in the hotel and close to plenty more, as well as the train station. Overall, very nice hotel with great views out to the Sea of Japan from the higher floors."

"Hyatt House is a great hotel in an extremely convenient location near the train station, restaurants and shops. The two bedroom apartment (a suite with kitchen and twin bedroom linked to a king room) was very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped but dishwashing tablets in the room, a dish rack and higher temperature water from the sink would help its functionality. No breakfast is served at the hotel but there are food outlets, convenience stores and supermarket in the building and nearby. Free drinks are available in lobby lounge. There is a guest laundry."
