"Phenomenal views of Kobe Port from the balcony and the night views are absolutely stunning. We took the West view facing the ferris wheel and enjoyed all the light shows in the evening. The hotel is a bit dated but no complaints at all. The free shuttle bus from Sannomiya station is super convenient. There is also a Family Mart within the hotel (closes at 11pm). The location is prime as it's a 3 minute walk to the Kobe Port Tower."

"Unexpectedly, we disembarked early in Kobe and chose to stay at The Dormy Inn. The property description was accurate, and the location was excellent. The staff was outstanding, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The hotel also offered a great view and convenient access to Chinatown, Motomachi’s shops and restaurants, and the Trolley loop (purchase a day pass). You also have a Starbucks within a five-minute walk if you miss your coffee. We enjoyed our stay so much that we changed hotels for the second leg of our trip in Hiroshima."
