A special thank you to Priya at the front desk, who checked us in so graciously and set the tone for a wonderful stay. She also took us to our room and checked us in there. Our room was decorated with flowers and balloons and the bed also had throws and cushions saying Happy Birthday. She then ordered us tea and coffee and that cake with the most delicious cake and cookies . Thank you for organising that for us and it was thoroughly enjoyed. We’d like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Arjun, the Deputy Food and Beverage Manager, who consistently went out of his way to engage with us, asking about our day, offering great local restaurant recommendations, and always checking in to ensure we were enjoying our time. "I had a wonderful experience at Residency Hotel Fort in Mumbai. The staff were incredibly welcoming, even when I arrived at 3am! I was greeted with smiling faces, which was a great start to my stay. The room was excellent, with a large bathroom, and it was clean and well-equipped with all the regular amenities. The hotel also offers a decent breakfast selection. I was particularly impressed that they kindly stored my luggage for two days after I checked out. The hotel's location is also a major plus, as it's quite central and close to all the key tourist spots in Mumbai. I highly recommend this hotel."
