Hotel was clean and staff was amazing. Had an issue with our shower door not opening and they had it fixed as quickly as possible. Every member of the staff was amazing and helpful. Rooms were nice and cleaned well every day, Breakfast was a good plus and the coffee was spot on!

The room was clean and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Connecting the TV was a challenge although we did not use it much. Maintenance had to come and get it connected. Couldn't sleep in as you could smell the morning coffee brew. Definitely an eye opener. All in all it was a great room with all amenities needed except for a microwave.

cute affordable hotel near venice beach and my favorite restaurant - Scopa. Staff is pleasant and supportive and available 24/7.
Feedback:
--The mattress was too soft for my liking.
-- The bathroom light flickers first before coming on. (That should be an easy fix and should be addressed)
-- The bathroom door slowly swings forward (which could indicate a foundation issue)
-- the pool was heated and the jacuuzi was relaxing.
I had a hectic schedule and looked forward to coming back to the hotel to decompress in a lovely space, inside and out. I would definitely come back again!
All in all, I would definitely stay here again

Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht, Bett sehr gemütlich, gute Lage nah am Bahnhof Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut, allerdings sollte ich vor Ort noch einmal bezahlen obwohl ich das vorher schon gemacht habe, Problem könnte trotz Sprachbarriere gelöst werden
