"Al llegar al hotel, me recibieron de forma amable y servicial. La empleada tomó su tiempo para explicarme las anenidades y opciones de comida. Tenían seguridad toda la noche. Están remodelando pero en nada interrumpe o molesta. "
"Yes, this is a motel and was once known on the island as more of a short-stay spot, but they've made some major improvements! The place looks really nice now. It’s clean, renovated, and the indoor private pool was a great addition and definitely worth it. When we arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive. They got us ice and an extra blanket right away. We really enjoyed our stay.
The only downside? A lack of outlets — that’s it!

"The property is beautiful! Our stay was fantastic, but I was not aware that some.rooms do not have mountain view. This was a bit disappointing, especially at the price we paid and what we hoped for during our anniversary trip . I would recommend more clarity on the room category/description so guest know what they are booking. The staff and property grounds were fantastic though. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the beautiful hikes."
