The service was perfect, lovely friendly staff, so close to all the bars and restaurants our only gripe was having to pay $25 per night for parking

Great location and nice view! It's probably one of the tallest building in christchurch downtown. Directly at the first tram stop and ticket office. Room was clean. However, we were not notified that the bedsheets aren't change daily and doesn't seem to have an option to request it changed via any cards or sorts. Stained bedsheets weren't changed. Had a new towel that came with a long strand of hair and some stains as well. But overall, the hotel is a nice place to stay.

Convenient location next to New Regent Street and Christchurch tram. Lots of dining options and walking distance to town centre. Bar and restaurant available on site. Room is clean and quiet, it’s a service apartment with kitchenette. Place also has SQ crews so it’s safe.

Location is fantastic. Only 1km from gorgeous Hagley park and Botanic Gardens. Walking distance to City Mall and the Crossing for shopping , and city trams stop right outside. Lots of construction happening around Christchurch, but could not hear a thing. Staff was phenomenal. The only con was we noticed some paint chipping off the wall and a broken tile in the bathroom.

The room wasnt what we expected . There has obviously been some maintenance done in the room that wasnt finished properly . We couldnt park our vehicle onsite , so had to pay a extra 20 for 24 hour parking . Could hear constant doors opening and closing around us , and people walking in the room above . For what we paid for the room was quite disappointed

We really liked the Nespresso machine and the spacious bathroom, spa bath and salts were a nice touch. Lovely body and hand wash smelt devine! Bed was a nice size and comfy and climate control kept us cool overnight. Didn’t like how the complimentary bath robes laundered. They probably had once been nice big and soft but are small and like cardboard to wear. In between the couch crevices are bits of old food, otherwise the cleanliness was good.

The room was quite small but it was on the 14th floor and had a wonderful view. We also really appreciated the Nespresso machine.

very close to shops and cafes and transport. the view was fantastic we were on the 12th floor. Shower was big . Room was immaculate would certainly stay again already recommended it to some one. The only thing I didn't like was the pod coffee the brand tasted bitter and grainy

Long weekend stay
Big hotel in city center. Reception was very busy on our arrival. Car parking is tricky and very limited outside the hotel. Service in general was very good. Nice room, comfortable bed and good shower. Only two lifts so there can be a wait sometimes. Overall very good and would consider again.

Great place!
This was our last place to stay at the end of our NZ trip. So we were pretty exhausted, and this place provided a good respite. The room was spotless, and staff were courteous. They didn't have any spots to park our rental SUV in their hotel parking, but there is a spot just next to Hotel where we were able to park for 24 hours for NZD20, so it all worked out well. The location is also pretty good with markets and shops all around, though we didn't get time to explore. Lots of good eateries around too.

Great but could be improved
Overall our stay was great but with some minor items that could be improved. Unfortunately streaming to the TV was not possible from Apple devices only Android. Some of the glasses and cups had also not been cleaned. Based on our conversation with the front desk staff during and at the end of our stay, hopefully this has been fed back so this can be addressed. Other than these had a comfortable stay.
