"Terrible experience. I arrived at 2am to find the establishment had overbooked and so did have a room for me. The night manager didn't seem to know that - just that she had instructions to send me to a small motel a block away, with incomprehensible directions to find a lock box in the dark where I would find a key. Whe I complained in the morning, the response was that it was better than not having a bed - as it they had done me a favour! The manager then asked me what I expected her to do about it - so I left. I would not recommend taking a risk on booking here!"

"Please pay attention to the food and beverage credit from skipping daily housekeeping. It can only be used in the restaurant. I don't mind the credit after all. But It wasted my time trying to use it for drinks by the front desk, for which I was told by two staff members that I can use the credit. When I went for the drink, the third staff member refused to let me use the credit by showing me the smallest fine prints. I have nothing against the third staff member. Just hope the management would make it more clear to the customer and make it easier for the staff member."
