"The staff were super friendly but on our first night we had to switch rooms due to a marijuana smell coming through our bedroom vent. The breakfast staff were also very nice but some places weren’t super clean or a bit run down like the elevator and torn curtains in the room. However it was decent overall."

"Hotel is tired. Been going here for 20 years, but it had been a while. No where to charge phones next to bed. And just an overall worn down tired feeling. Cleanliness was ok. "

"Do not stay! Something always not working in works! On top of all of that, attempting to take $700 of money I paid for 13 nights of stay. Wont give me a room after was already paid. Horribly unhelpful and rude staff. Horrible service. Randomly get a $10 charge on my card from the hotel. Cannot not recommend enough!"

"Pool closed. Rooms in disrepair. Had to move 3 rooms first heat was stuck on and pull-out couch wouldn't close. 2nd room had no hot water or lock on the patio door on 4th floor. 3rd room had to hold toilet handle down to flush anything."

"Overall it was decent but could improve. Area grounds needs cleaning, cigarette butts everywhere. Rooms need renovated (cracked bathroom door, main door is hard to open, sofa couch needs replaced and AC is loud rm #225. Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast (eggs, potatoes, sausage, bagels, muffins, bread, cereal, waffle makers,, etc)"

"Clean and comfortable room. Great location close to the Chrysler Technical center which we were visiting for business. I was a bit underwhelmed by the breakfast which I felt was ok, but not up to the usual Hampton Inn standard."
