"The facility is beautiful, however, the service is very poor. We were quite disappointed. It took so long to get our food at the hotel restaurant. Also, there wasn't a microwave in our room so we called the front desk and requested a microwave and utensils and plates. A staff brought the microwave but not utensils and plates. We asked about the utensils and plates and the staff said he didn't know. He said he will get it. After twenty minutes, we called the front desk and she said they will bring it up. No one brought it up. So disappointed and such poor service. "

"The staff were absolutely lovely & helpful! Everything was clean. It could use some updates. We had a jacuzzi room and there was some tub resurfacing paint or something that was coming off on us. We were able to wipe it down and start over, but not ideal. Seems like it might have been the wrong product for that tub. That said, we’d absolutely stay again, and in that same room. We’d just double check the tub first. We also really liked the view of the lake, which was an unexpected surprise!"

"Overall, the hotel was decent for the price. It’s a little run down in some areas, but the room was clean and the breakfast was actually pretty good with enough options to get the day started. One big thing to note, avoid getting a room near the vacation club area if you want to sleep. It was very loud and hard to relax. That said, the girl at the front desk handled the situation well and really tried to make it right, which I appreciated. Not a perfect stay, but the staff definitely helped leave a better impression."

"Do not stay! Something always not working in works! On top of all of that, attempting to take $700 of money I paid for 13 nights of stay. Wont give me a room after was already paid. Horribly unhelpful and rude staff. Horrible service. Randomly get a $10 charge on my card from the hotel. Cannot not recommend enough!"

"Pool closed. Rooms in disrepair. Had to move 3 rooms first heat was stuck on and pull-out couch wouldn't close. 2nd room had no hot water or lock on the patio door on 4th floor. 3rd room had to hold toilet handle down to flush anything."
