"Excellent rooms, which are as big as apartments. Clean and AC and electricity is 24 hours. The staff was amazing!we got late check out. I dropped coffee on my top, and the waiter offered to take it to clean after I changed. He returned it in a couple of hours like new. The free breakfast is amazing, especially fresh eggs and manakeesh on saj. I shopped at the shops which are cool. Starbucks is right next door. The pool is great, during the week just for kids and women. Was the most comfortable...

"It sits in a very nice area of the mountains of Lebanon, very quite, the view is unbelievably gorgeous. We happened to have a very hot humid front during our stay, but I expect it to be great in good weather. The staff are very nice, cooperative and friendly .
The morning breakfast was about average. The pool was great.
The Wi-Fi is bad, I could not depend on it through out the duration of my stay.
The facility needs a face lift.
We were upgraded to a nice wide clean comfortable spacious room...
