"Room was great, nice to have the washer. Nice view and they had a great map in english to nearby restaurants and cafes. They helped us get taxis everywhere and breakfast was good."

"Checking can be tricky as there’s no agent in presence. So had to use Kiosk. Was not able to adjust the temperature no thermostat. Bed mattress quality is not good, noisy, uneven and such. No ramp so had to lift the luggages for about 10 ft staircases. Maybe good for someone else but not for me. "

"Room was large and comfortable. Beds were a bit hard, which I prefer, but people who need soft beds might not like it. The location is great, very central and easy to get to. Breakfast was pretty minimal but it was fine and free. "

"Worst stay. The beds are so uncomfortable like lying on stone bed. The floors are so sticky. The rooms are not cleaned properly. Coffee spills from previous stay still evident on floors. Towels are tiny and you have to ask for them. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "
