"The room was pretty nice easy check in but you have to request to service the room and when they did we didn’t get new sheets or covers and clean towels were left outside the door on the floor that’s not clean to use also when I checked out an hour later the tried to charge my card additional fees when the room was paid in full I called and ask what the fee was no one could tell me and the bar wasn’t open to the guest "

"The property is clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Extremely easy to use Uber and Doordash. The rooms are comfortable. The ice machines aren't always working but that's a minor issue. Very convenient to the Amtrak station. "

"Staff never came to clean the room. Went to front desk to ask about then cleaning out room they told us we had to out in a request for it to be cleaned so we did that and they still never came. Never came to give us clean towels or toilet paper. I had to reuse dirty towels and had to go to the store to by my own toilet paper. Will not stay here again. "

"The hotel was a bit worn but carpets and floors were clean. We had a smoke alarm that beeped somewhere in the building for the first 2 days we were there. There was a foul odor all over the hotel the 3rd night we were there. It appeared to be the sewage. Lots of traffic and hanging out in the parking lot. At one time we smelled marijuana but that seemed to be the people hanging out in the parking lot. We will not return to this hotel in the future."

"Loved the stay. Dont expect many amenities. 5 minute walk to to restaurants, bars, and attractions. For breakfast, the Ruby Slipper has the best french toast ive ever had, and the Loda Bier Garten is cool spot for a beer and a burger. I had the Rueben and it was amazing. The hotel is old, but its quiet and comfortable. The whole neighborhood was quiet, even on a Saturday night, only steps from all the nightlife on Dauphin. If you are like history, you will love the stay, and it never hurts to do a little research first."
