"Excellent customer service. The staff was helpful and friendly. The guys from the Roof Top Restaurant at the hotel were very nice. The Manager Ulises went the extra mile. He help me locate my Suitcase because my suitcase came 24 hours. They were checking on me because I went to a 4 days excursion and stay longer. I apppreciate everything. Since before I check in they made sure to have a portable heater for me. Very clean. The lady housekeeping lady was nice. Feels secure place. ...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Mitru Express. Our room was spacious and clean with comfortable bed. The bathroom had a huge bathtub which we enjoyed. The view from our room on the 7th floor was fabulous. We had a fridge as well. The only downside to this hotel is the restaurant on the 8th floor. Breakfast was fine but dinner was a hassel. The menu had no prices and you had to scan a QR code to get them. Even then the codes were different with different prices and the food on the printed menu didn't match the QR code one. But tte view from the restaurant was wonderful. "

Definitely recommend this place if you are landing in Lapaz. cable car station is less than a minute walk and very convenient location. the only downside is expedia gave us a free 30min massage voucher and the massage therapist didnt do a good job. All staff are very courteous and helpful throughout my stay even calling transportation to the airport. The restaurant has excellent food and atmosphere, very chic.
