"The hotel is easy to find , right off the traffic circle . Right by the bus stop (we came in by train) . Not a hard walk up to the place (on the hill ,but you don't see much when you make it to the front door) . We had no breakfast but there's a COOP grocery across the street . The room had 3 pizza boxes in the room from the last guess .The biggest problem with this hotel is that there is no staff . There is a computer at the front door to put in your details . You're supposed to take a key card and encode it . Surprise ,the key wouldn't work . we tried 3 time ,dead . Finally got one to work . How much are you saving not to have someone there to help your guesses . The room was hot too ,no air. if you want an adventure ,stop there . Really it wouldn't be that bad if they just had someone there from 11 to 7"

"The property was fine but at 20 minutes bus ride out of town and not a lot around it as it’s a commercial area. It would have been better to stop in town? The place was clean tidy and fine for one night. Chur is not some where I would stayed for more nights but we came off the glacier express to go to Lucerne which was amazing place."

"We entered the so called apartment up dark stairs to enter what looked more like a youth hostel than a furnished place. Furnishings were minimal and we turned around and didn’t stay. We have long stayed at VRBO places all over Europe. It seems that some owners are trying to take advantage of this money making opportunity without putting any effort into its attractiveness, ease of use or comfort."

"This hotel had everything we needed and more. It was very clean with all modern amenities, the complementary breakfast was delicious and service was great, the front desk was very polite and responsive, and the location is very convenient being just a couple minutes walk from the train station. They even provided complementary fruit, coffee, water, candy, and personal card in our room as a welcome."
