"Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the city square and decorated beautifully. The staff was helpful and attentive at dinner, the fondue was delicious! The breakfast buffet had a great selection and you could order omelets or eggs any way. The front desk staff person was excellent with suggestions and spoke good English, which was appreciated. "

"The size of the bedroom is quite big for 2 people. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. The room is clean and big enough for 2 people. The location is close to St. moritz station. 10minute walking distance to the hotel but it is hard if you bring big luggage as the road goes up. My suggestion is take the 604 or 605 bus. If take 604 stop at st Moritz Serlas then 5 minute walk. If take 605 stop at st Moritz Kulm then 2 minute walk. Take 604 or 610 bus to Silvaplana lake. The journey to the lake is around 20 minutes from St Moritz Serlas bus stop. But it is worth to visit. To see the St Moritz lake, it is better to go to the St Moritz station. Our hotel is very close to the lake but we could not find the way to go to it "

"Felt like a rich edwardian staying in this lovely old hotel. Big room, big bathroom, wide corridors and vast lounge. Great breakfast with sweet, attentive staff. Close to the lake. Shuttle to and from the railway station a godsend. Staying 2 days, we received a free gondola and transport pass. Switzerland is of course very expensive, but provided quality, efficiency and cleanliness everywhere we visited. "

"We stayed in Chur for one night. The hotel was VERY comfortable. We came from Grindelwald to take the Bernina Express. Once you exit the train station you take bus line 10 or 11 and it should be between 5-7 minute ride to the hotel. Buy a one-way ticket right outside of the train station. TIP: After you check in, the hotel gives you passes to ride the bus for free which I thought was great. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage at the hotel and walk around Chur which is a very nice swiss town. I got a rate with breakfast included and the breakfast was very good, you could even make your own freshly squeezed orange juice which was awesome. Their espresso machine was wonderful as well! The staff was super nice and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel"

"Fabulous hotel on the lake in St Moritz. Perfect location. Wonderful friendly staff. Room was comfortable and warm. Good breakfast included and dining options were good. Spa was very welcome after days hiking. Would highly recommend and would love to return one day."
