It's a bit out of the way, but I guess if you're on a budget it's the best choice you can get. Nice clean rooms with large lockers in the room for each person. Good standard breakfast available.

We didn't know that Youth Hostel didn't provide towels in the private room. The location was good. There was a bus stop in front of the hostel that take you directly to the train station.

Good Youth Hostel. It was clean and had lots of facilities such as lockers (in rooms and for before/after checkout), restaurant, lounge, bar and games rooms. A buffet breakfast was included and there was a lot of choice. It was good to be able to book dinner at the hostel which was great. It is a little bit out of the centre but there is a bus stop outside the hostel and the bus goes to the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hostel was all we needed as we only stayed one night after our Glacier Express Train ride. Dinner was good value. Breakfast was sufficient. The room was clean. Our only problem was that items went missing from our luggage left between check out and our return in the afternoon.

The additional cost to have a bathroom made it a lot more expensive to stay at an average hotel. No towels supplied if you shared a bathroom with everyone else on the same floor. The price for an average private bathroom was almost the cost of the room.

Due to COVID 19 I had to request refund for unavailability to visit the city. The night before the ck in, tested positive for COVID 19. I had to cancel everything and fly back home. I've requested a full refund because of the extreme circumstances; however, refund was denied. I still hope to get the money back.
