"Nice location, very close to the main shopping street, and can easily walk to all the restaurants we booked. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They arranged the shuttle to the train station. On the glacier express train, when my daughter realized she left her jacket in the hotel and called them, they checked quickly and mailed the jacket to the next hotel we were staying.
