"I had a relaxing stay. I was in the area for work, the hotel had everything I needed. The restaurant was ok, I had the meat tasting and it was average. Otherwise the hotel is adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful the pool area was nice as was the dining area. The bathroom in the room was great, nice large rain tree shower, very clean."

"We were on adventure through the South and had to stop for over night close to Naples. This is 4* hotel. The building is undergoing refurburishment and scaffolding is all over the building.
We arrived around 10pm and we were greeted coldly-could be the language barrier? Then the shock that very loud music being broadcasted on all floors which wasn't switched off until we called the receptionist to do so.

We were told that we couldn’t eat at the restaurant or go to the beach. They said it was fully booked but there was tons of loungers available.. we felt unwelcome and received very cold service

"Staff and grounds are beautiful views of the Gulf of Naples are amazing. You're high in the mountains and make sure you get a cab to go exploring the town of Ischia as it is beautiful. The restaurant at the hotel is great and they have a wonderful spa including thermal pools and you can request massage the massage person is fabulous and the prices are great highly recommend this hotel"
