"We were on adventure through the South and had to stop for over night close to Naples. This is 4* hotel. The building is undergoing refurburishment and scaffolding is all over the building.
We arrived around 10pm and we were greeted coldly-could be the language barrier? Then the shock that very loud music being broadcasted on all floors which wasn't switched off until we called the receptionist to do so.

"When I origainlly searched for my hotels I was looking for a place with a gym. This hotel didn't appear. I booked the home next door and was saddened when I drove by The Parker. Luckily I am smart eought to only book the first night at any hotel. When I walked over and saw the Grand Parker I booked a suite for two days, and enjoyed a meal the Michellin restraunt, and watceh Capri from the dinning room. PERFECTION! We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if you have your hands busy. Those are minor details. It is one of the best hotels in Nápoles and very well located.
