"We booked a room and they gave us a different room with a smaller bed, we were on our honeymoon and they refused to compensate for their mistake. Instead offered a different room for 1/3 nights and 2 drinks from the bar which was a joke my wife and I don’t drink which they didn’t even bother to ask. "La struttura di bello ha le camere. Ristrutturate , fresche e con un ottimo impianto di condizionamento. Pulizia giornaliera fatta bene. "Overall, we had a good stay at Conchiglia Azzurra. The rooms are fairly modern, clean, spacious, and well maintained, making for a pretty comfortable stay. The staff were always courteous and helpful whenever we needed assistance. One suggestion that would significantly improve the guest experience would be to include beach access amenities with the room. Offering each room one beach umbrella and two loungers for the duration of the stay—similar to what Le Dune provides—would be a welcome addition. When you’re already paying a premium to stay at the hotel, it’s a bit disappointing to have to pay extra each day for an umbrella and loungers. Including these as part of the room rate would add great value and make the overall experience even better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Conchiglia Azzurra, especially if this small improvement were considered."

"Lovely quiet pool. Great access to the beach (28 euros for 2 beds and parasol) We booked the suite which was very spacious and comfortable although it’s a bit like room Austin Powers would like. Decorated in very dark colours and the huge round bed swallows you. Nice staff. Free bikes which are great as you are 30 minute walk from the centre and there’s not much around the hotel in the evening."
