"Very clean, well maintained besutiful older hotel. Room with king sized bed was very spacious including lots of windows that could be opened to the fresh air. Breakfasts were great. Worth the extra charge. Plenty of fresh food and good coffee. Wait staff was very friendly. About 5 minute walk to the middle of town and the inter mountain bus stop. Really a perfect location for hiking different trails every day. Directly across the street from a small but very well stocked Despar grocery store. Would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel has RUINED our standards. It was our first stop on our Dolomites roadtrip and made the other hotels we stopped at ridiculously less nice. This place is so clean, location can’t get any better, the service is great, the spa is insane, the halfboard/restaurant is delicious and worth it. They think about the details that other hotels don’t think about like cleaning windows, giving snacks with drinks, offering umbrellas, complimentary processo, live music, parking your car for you, offering the cutest little frame as a souvenir - basically, we are now spoiled and every other hotel will never compare. One tiny little thing they could improve on - some of our food (whether ordered on the menu or at the buffet) was cold or very room temperature, not something you want from pasta carbonara or scrambled eggs, for example."

"Beautiful hotel up a hill from downtown but walkable. They also have a minibus that serves the area but we never used. Hiking was easily accessible and the heated pool was great after a day of hikes. Breakfast was sumptuous. We did not have dinners here but had happy hour cake and some good drinks in the bar. Parking was available on site"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Monchalet our only complaint would be we only spent one night there. The front desk was very welcoming and charming. She took the time to give a tour of the facilities and walked us to our room. The gentleman who brought our luggage from the car and parked was super pleasant and professional. He even acted as our shuttle driver and went above and beyond to call and confirm closing times and such. The room was immaculate. We spent a short time in every outdoor space. Two different couches and lounge chairs provided ample space to enjoy the amazing views. The bathtub was huge and luxurious. They supplied every thing needed for your stay. The breakfast was delicious and the servers there were amazing and pleasant as well. We hope to visit when we have more time in the area. We did not have a chance to use the steam shower, but it looked amazing!"

"We loved our 5 day stay in this hotel. It was close enough to the main bus stop and just next to the supermarket. Also, as it was 10 mins walk to the Alpes de Suisi cable car station, we took the opportunity to go up the mountain as many times as we could. The buffet breakfast had a wide spread, and the view from the dining area was delightful. 😄"

"Hotel was in a convenient location, and recently renovated. Our only issues were the lack of a mini fridge and no A/C unit, for the latter, they expect you to leave your balcony door open, which also means you’re subject to the balcony light and defeats the purpose of the black out curtains."

"Nice clean, comfortable room. Great location in the perfect mountain town. Staff were super friendly, breakfast was good and very convenient before our AM hikes. Appreciated they provided the local bus pass during our stay - nice touch."

"BB Angelino is a quaint hotel that is clean and overlooks the gorgeous Hotel Angelo Engel, which is very picturesque. BB Angelino is associated with it, but less expensive and pretty. Old, but very clean. The view from my balcony was so nice, I could see the pretty pool and the gondola. The breakfast spread was excellent. Location was perfect - steps from the bus stop, but also alway from the touristy main strip. Very quiet and peaceful. They sent me a Val Gardenia bus pass ahead of arrival!!"
