"This is a small,well-located hotel within walking distance of many famous sights, restaurants and grocery stores, and the SMN Station. Friendly, multilingual staff. Lovely buffet breakfast available, plus a small bar for evening drinks. There is a small (but not tiny!) elevator."

The laundry room was also very convenient and well-maintained, which made the stay even easier for longer visits. The bar staff stood out as well—friendly, attentive, and always welcoming, which added a really nice touch to the overall experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. "I absolutely loved staying here and would stay here again! Very clean and vibrant facility. The glamping tent was such a fun place to stay. Some of the best sleep I've ever had while traveling. The staff was friendly, and the convenience of having a market and restaurant on-site was wonderful. Excellent food and service! The bus line runs right out front so it's super easy to get into the touristy section of Florence. The Ridemovi bike share bikes were nearby as well, which made transportation so easy. This place far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!"

Villa Neroli

"Arriving at this villa was breathtaking. The immaculate gardens and beautiful structure gave a Tuscan villa feel while still being close enough by bus to the city centre. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 3 kids which was larger than expected and very comfortable, especially the bed. It had a big balcony where we could see the gardens and sunset which created a great memory. The only issue was that we couldn't easily keep the doors open to each room to allow the kids in and out as they automatically lock, so we had to place something in to wedge the door. The pool was slightly smaller than I pictured but still a great size for the number of guests and never felt crowded. Deck chairs were also always available. The pool temperature was perfect, as was the setting. There was also a pool bar which was very convenient and reasonably priced. The location felt very local and we had one of our favourite dinners in all of Italy nearby. It was an easy bus ride into town with a short (hot) walk. There is also a large playground nearby which was great for the kids."
