"The property fell short of its 4 star rating and our expectations. The lighting in the kitchen/main room did not work. The hot water in the shower was exhausted rather quickly. Most unpleasant was the presence of mosquitos and the lack of air-conditioning as the temperature reached 38C on the day when we arrived. "

The owners of the château are lovely people who went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel like cherished guests rather than just visitors. The breakfast served on the terrace is also a highlight and truly delicious! The views from the château are magnificent, especially the views over the river. It's a perfect spot to relax and take in the natural beauty of the surroundings. The grounds around the property added to the tranquillity and offered space for peaceful walks. A special mention must be made of their friendly dogs, who added an extra layer of charm to our stay. They were always happy to see us and made us feel even more at home.
