"Disappointed. No towels, pool area not clean and no tables to set items on. Hallways smelled of weed. Person severing breakfast was rude and the food was terrible. No juice, no fruit, no coffee creamers or sugar. Bathroom door by pool does not lock and overall was just rundown. The hottub kept blowing a fuse, thats scary."
"Breakfast was very good - omelet station! The bar food was also very good. AC wasn’t strong - room was a bit warm the furniture/doors were a bit dated and dinged, and the windows were super dirty. Overall a good experience. "
"The multiple staff I met seem to have good intentions, and the sheets and towels were clean. However, the room badly needed dusting from the HVAC unit to lamps to doors. The refillable shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty.
The breakfast was nice overall though the coffee was empty and never refilled. "
"Breakfast is from 6 to 9 but you have to get down there early, iIf you want to take advantage of the weak offerings. I watched two ladies load up, six plates of food and take them back to rooms while guests that were down in the kitchen area had to wait for these people that look like they may actually live there... the bacon was so thin, you could actually see through it.I'm not joking. Other than that, the rooms are spacious, very old and not updated but clean. It's pretty cold tonight and the bedroom will get hot, but the outside living room area is cold lol...
Flight was cancelled and had to stay and extra day, no worries I'll just wash my clothes... except the washing machines were broke.
At the end of the day, it's an old hotel reasonably priced. More than likely purchased by people that are just looking to offer this type of accommodation...nothing special.

Randolph Hotel Liverpool/Syracuse/Airport West, Trademark
2/10 Terrible
"I found a hotel approximately an hour before I got there telling them that we were coming with my 13-year-old niece to celebrate her birthday and that we would appreciate having a room on the upper floor that which we got and in that phone call I told the gentleman that we were coming to go swimming OK fine I showed up checked in all checked in going to my room and noticed the pool is closed, not understanding why the gentleman couldn’t have told me that on the telephone because I would’ve changed my reservation to somewhere else. What do you do with 2 13-year-old girls at night in a hotel with no pool during the evening we had someone try our room try to enter our room we’re four females in that room. We got up in the morning to have coffee, and went to the lobby for coffee there were no coffee cups. There were no employees there was a guy standing at the front desk waiting to check out before we came downstairs. She finally got helped after about 10 minutes if not longer. Then the young lady that came down to put in coffee cups was dressed like she walked in off the street slippers on sweatpants on winter coat hair and absolute mess. When we were checking in, the gentleman was busy paying attention to some sporting event on his phone. I understand your renovating because you just took over the hotel, but maybe some signs of explaining that or telling people that we were not the only guest discussing the fact that the hotel was a mess. We will not stay there again."
