"Bed bugs ruined the trip. Such an amazing view , amazing staff. But they failed to acknowledge the bed bugs situation . I was celebrating a birthday and didn’t want that messing up anything. Especially because I was there for only 4 days. The staff greeted us with drinks , room was decorated wonderfully. Just the bug issue was my main thing."
